The Warp Five Complex is officially opened by Zefram Cochrane as part of the NX Program. (ENT: "Broken Bow")
The Earth survey ship SS Tomobiki is launched. (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder")

Notes

This is the last year Cochrane is accounted for, suggesting his dissapearance from Alpha Centauri colony was during or after this year.
In "The Lorelei Signal", Kirk states in his log that ships have been disappearing in the region "during the last a 150 years", suggesting the first ship disappeared around 2119. However, the year does not seem to fit in with the statement of a disappearance in "precisely every 27.346 star-years". The dates which the disappearances would have occurred would be: 2105, 2132, 2159, 2187, 2214, 2241 and finally in 2269, assuming a star-year is the same as a year.
