"A Wrinkle in Space" was a story written by Kay and Julius Eaton for the September 1953 issue of Incredible Tales magazine. (DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars")

It would appear that the title "A Wrinkle in Space" is an homage to the classic children's fantasy story A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle.
