Changes: Alfarian hair pasta

Alfarian hair pasta is one of the many dishes Neelix is capable of fixing, and he sometimes served it aboard Voyager in the mess hall.

The pasta is made from the follicles of a mature Alfarian. Much like an Earth sheep, the hair is harvested during shedding season in the early autumn. The pasta is very high in protein. (VOY: "Parturition")

Although Earth foods sometimes use the term "hair" to refer to thin pasta, such as angel hair pasta, the Alfarian version is the only known literal use of the term.
