Corporal Amanda Cole (played by Noa Tishby) was one of the MACOs assigned to Enterprise for its Delphic Expanse mission.
Cole held the team record for sharpshooting.
She expressed a romantic interest in Commander Charles Tucker, though the situation was complicated by his interest in T'Pol. He had been giving Amanda Vulcan neuro-pressure sessions, which he had learned from T'Pol.
