Andrew Prine was born on February 14, 1936 in Florida. He played the role of Turrel in DS9: "Life Support". Previously, he appeared in TNG: "Frame of Mind" as Suna.
He is best known for his role as Wayne Donnelly in the television series Weird Science and for portraying Confederate General Dick Garnett in the films Gettysburg and Gods and Generals.
He is also well-known for his role in the 1983 hit NBC miniseries V as the evil Visitor named Steven. Prine reprised his role in the 1984 sequel V: The Final Battle, which also starred DS9 guest star Michael Durrell, VOY guest star Richard Herd, TNG and VOY guest star Mark L. Taylor and TNG and DS9 guest star Dick Miller.
