Ann Cusack (born 22 May 1961; age 62) played Maggie in ENT: "Carbon Creek". This is her only contribution to the Star Trek franchise. She is also the sister of noted actors John and Joan Cusack.

Cusack has appeared in such films as A League of Their Own (with Lori Petty, Mark Holton, and David L. Lander), The Birdcage, Multiplicity (with Harris Yulin, and John de Lancie), Grosse Point Blank (with Mitchell Ryan), Tank Girl (with Lori Petty, Malcolm McDowell, Jeff Kober, Reg E. Cathey, Iggy Pop, Charles Lucia, and Frank Welker), Stigmata (with Thomas Kopache, Tom Hodges, and Jack Donner) and My Fellow Americans (with Jack Kehler, Tom Wright, and Jeff Yagher).

She appeared in the mini-series From the Earth to the Moon, playing Pat Armstrong, then-wife of Neil Armstrong. Others who appeared in the mini series are Sam Anderson, David Andrews, Dan Butler, David Clennon, Ronny Cox, Brett Cullen, David Drew Gallagher, Jerry Hardin, Clint Howard, Daniel Hugh Kelly, John Carroll Lynch, Dakin Matthews, Kieran Mulroney, Conor O'Farrell, Holmes R. Osborne, Harve Presnell, Mark Rolston, Stephen Root, Alan Ruck, and Winona Ryder.

She has also made guest appearances on Boston Legal (with William Shatner, and Rene Auberjonois, and Dakin Matthews), Frasier (with Kelsey Grammer Nana Visitor, and Harve Presnell), Grey's Anatomy (with Mark Harelik), Bones (with Ray Wise), Six Feet Under (with James Cromwell, Joanna Cassidy, Anne Ramsay, Chris Pine, and J.G. Hertzler), Charmed (with Joel Swetow, and Bruce Gray) and her sister's series What About Joan (with Donna Murphy, and Wallace Langham).

Coincidentally, in 1998, Cusack played the title role of Maggie in a failed television series created by "Carbon Creek" writer, Dan O'Shannon.
