Nurse Ann T. Flood was a Starfleet crewmember during the Dominion War.

In 2374, files from Starbase 129 reported Flood missing in action. Files from the starships Cochrane, Repulse and Starbase 153 reported her killed. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight")

Flood's name appeared on the casualty list display seen on a computer readout in that episode. It is unclear which was her home station, if any.
