Antilepton interference refers to the tactic of disrupting, or jamming, subspace communications via the release of vast quantities of unspecified antileptons.

In 2369, Gul Jasad disabled Deep Space 9 communications with Starfleet by flooding subspace in precisely this fashion (DS9: " Emissary (episode)").

Precisely how this inhibits subspace radio has not as of yet, by canon sources, been explained.
