In 2259, in a hangar near to the Golden Gate Bridge, this shuttle was being moved into place by gantries. (Star Trek Into Darkness)
The Takayama-type shuttlecraft used by Scotty to travel to the Io Facility might be BA-36, but the registry number was illegible beyond the shape of it.
