The Baikonur Cosmodrome, USSR, Earth was a civilian and Federation shipyard.

- 2363 (stardate 40291.7) — The К. Э. Циолковский (Tsiolkovsky, NCC-53911) was commissioned at the Baikonur Cosmodrome. (TNG: "The Naked Now")
