The Bajoran Central Archives are the Bajoran equivalent to the Library of Congress. Bajorans commonly access the Central Archives in order to retrieve or verify critical information.
In 2370, Odo used the Archives to access communications logs, and Vedek Winn also used them to find information pertaining to the Kendra Valley Massacre. (DS9: "The Collaborator") The following year, false information in the Archives suggested that Kira Nerys was in fact a Cardassian. (DS9: "Second Skin")
