Bajoran shrimp were a type of shrimp native to the planet Bajor.

In 2374, Miles O'Brien ordered one double Altair sandwich, with no mustard, along with two bowls of linguini with Bajoran shrimp and extra cheese and a loaf of mapa bread at Quark's after he had not eaten a thing in days due to his journey to Kal'Hyah in preparation for Worf's and Jadzia's wedding, but was prevented from doing so by the fact that the ritual was not yet completed.
