In 2328, Mark Stimson boarded the SS Manila at Balder's Planet, bound for Epsilon West IV. This information was part of a passenger manifest recorded in the commercial transport database and reviewed by Data in 2370. (TNG: "Inheritance")
This planet only appeared mentioned in an okudagram on a viewscreen visible in freeze frame.
It was named for special effects artist Richard Balder.
