In 2374, files from the starship Cochrane, Starbase 129 and Starbase 153 reported Lieutenant Covington missing in action. Files from USS Repulse and USS Wyoming stated she had been killed in action. (DS9:"In the Pale Moonlight").
- Covington's name appeared on the casualty list display seen on a computer readout in that episode. It is unclear which of these ships she served on.
