Barbara Ronci is a hair stylist who worked on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: First Contact. Her work on Star Trek earned her three Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Series:
- 1996 for the episode "Our Man Bashir", shared with Shirley Dolle, Cherie Huffman, Lee Crawford, Brian A. Tunstall, Ellen Powell, and Susan Zietlow-Maust

Ronci previously won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series in 1992 for her work on the Homefront episode "Man This Joint Is Jumping", shared with Jerry Gugliemotto.
