Doctor Barron

Doctor Barron was a Federation anthropologist studying the proto-Vulcan humanoid society on Mintaka III. He and his colleagues worked in a camouflaged outpost and had been observing the Mintakans whose development was at the equivalent of earth's Bronze Age.

In 2366, Barron and his team were injured when their observation post's fusion reactor malfunctioned. This also caused the station's duck blind to fail, resulting in a cultural contamination of the Mintakans. Barron and his assistants Mary Warren and Palmer were injured but rescued by an away team from the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Who Watches The Watchers")

Doctor Barron was played by James Greene.
