Changes: Betreka Nebula

The Betreka Nebula was an interstellar gas cloud located somewhere between the Klingon Empire and the Cardassian Union. The nebula was the site of the Betreka Nebula Incident between the two powers in the 24th century. (DS9: "The Way of the Warrior")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 47, this nebula was located in the Alpha Quadrant.
