The Bible, sometimes called the Holy Bible, was a collection of ancient Earth writings usually bound together as a book. Among its contents was talk of Human rights. (TOS: "Court Martial")
A very influential book in Earth history, Humans used the word bible to describe works like the Vulcan Kir'Shara, and Chicago Mobs of the Twenties, the latter explicitly being described as the blueprint for the Iotians entire society moments before. (ENT: "Daedalus"; TOS: "A Piece of the Action")
The Gutenberg Bible, produced by Johannes Gutenberg, was a particularly notable printing, compared in importance to the Redstone missile and the Ford Model T by Berlinghoff Rasmussen. Flint possessed a Gutenberg Bible, among his collection of extremely rare books. (TNG: "A Matter of Time"; TOS: "Requiem for Methuselah")
In 2152, when Lieutenant Malcolm Reed asked Captain Jonathan Archer what made him think that the Suliban wouldn't come after the Enterprise NX-01 once they found the Suliban stealth-cruiser, Archer replied "Just like those old Bible movies, Malcolm. It wasn't written." (ENT: "Shockwave")
Samuel T. Cogley had a Bible in his library in 2267, which he described as a work dealing with rights. (TOS: "Court Martial") A copy of the Holy Bible was among the small collection of books found aboard the SS Botany Bay. (Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan)
In 2374, Joseph Sisko recited a Bible verse to Benjamin Sisko, which surprised his son, as he had never known his father to quote from the Bible before. (DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars")
