Template:Realworld William S. Todman, Jr., normally credited as Bill Todman, Jr., is a Hollywood producer and an executive at Level 1 Entertainment. He was to have been credited as an executive producer on 2009's Star Trek along with Level 1 partners Edward Milstein and Paul Schwake, but this is no longer the case since the company is co-financing the film. Todman hails from New York City, New York, and is the son of game show producer Bill Todman. He spent 14 years as a television producer for current CBS president Leslie Moonves before moving to motion pictures. His first was 1988's Married to the Mob, which he executive produced. This film starred Star Trek: Enterprise guest actor Dean Stockwell in an Academy Award-nominated role. Afterward, Todman executive produced the Steven Seagal action film Hard to Kill, which also starred Branscombe Richmond and William Sadler.
In 1995, Todman became president of Morgan Creek Productions, overseeing all of the company's films, including Two if By Sea (featuring Mike Starr), Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls (featuring Bob Gunton), and Major League: Back in the Minors, starring Scott Bakula and Corbin Bernsen.
After leaving Morgan Creek in 1998, Todman executive produced Wild Wild West for Warner Bros. Pictures and served as a co-producer on the hit 2000 film X-Men for 20th Century Fox. The latter project, based on the popular Marvel Comics characters, was directed by Bryan Singer and starred Patrick Stewart, Famke Janssen and Bruce Davison. Todman also executive produced the short-lived ABC series Thieves and produced the 2003 comedy The In-Laws for Warner Bros.
Upon co-founding Level 1 Entertainment, he participated in the production of such films as the 2006 comedy Grandma's Boy and the 2007 thriller Rendition (featuring Bob Gunton).
