DaiMon Bractor (2365)

DaiMon Bractor was the commander of the Ferengi warship Kreechta. In 2365, the Kreechta stumbled upon a Starfleet battle simulation being conducted by the USS Enterprise-D and the USS Hathaway; Bractor believed that the two ships were involved in some sort of internal struggle and that the Hathaway contained some equipment of high value to warrant the attack from the Template:ShipClass starship. He demanded that Enterprise Captain Jean-Luc Picard turn over the Hathaway to him. However, the Kreechta left the area in disgust and disappointment when it appeared that the Enterprise destroyed the Hathaway to prevent it from falling into enemy hands. The Hathaway was actually safe a short distance away after employing a clever trick devised by the Enterprise crew using a precisely timed warp jump and coinciding weapons fire from the Enterprise. (TNG: "Peak Performance")

Bractor was played by Armin Shimerman, who went on to play DS9's Quark.
Although wearing the insignia of a DaiMon, Bractor was only referred to as "Leader."
