The natives of Bre'el IV were humanoids native to the planet Bre'el IV, whose appearance was noted for having blunt noses, knobbed crania, and deep-set eye pockets with almost no jaw movement when speaking.
In 2366, their homeworld became threatened by a falling asteroidal moon until its orbit was restored by the entity known as "Q". (TNG: "Deja Q")
The novel Articles of the Federation calls this species the Bre'ella.
