Brill cheese
Brill cheese is a type of cheese Neelix, the mess cook of the starship Voyager, attempted to create from an alien dairy substance called schplict ("grakel milk") which the crew acquired on Napinne. Brill cheese is creamy, pale green in color.
The bacterial cultures used in his process accidentally infected the ship's bioneural gel packs and caused major difficulties with shipboard systems. (VOY: "Learning Curve")
