Bruce French is the actor who made numerous apperances as minor background characters in several Star Trek series. He has also appeared in many movies, including Mr. Deeds, Sorority Boys, Jurassic Park III and Mr. Mom.
Bruce French attended the University of Iowa, majoring in speech and theatre.
