Bruce Gray (born 7 September 1936; age 87) is the actor who played Admiral Chekote in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The Circle" and the Star Trek: The Next Generation seventh season episode "Gambit, Part I" in 1993. He later played Surak in the Star Trek: Enterprise episodes "Awakening" and "The Forge".

Beyond the realm of Star Trek, Gray has had recurring roles on Babylon 5 and the American version of Queer as Folk. He also played the hopelessly WASP father of the groom in the 2002 comedy My Big Fat Greek Wedding and Sky Marshal Dienes in the science fiction film Starship Troopers (which starred Dina Meyer). In 2008 he made a brief appearance on Boston Legal, the ABC drama starring William Shatner and John Larroquette.
