CBS Television Distribution is a major global television distribution company based in the United States and is a division of CBS Television Studios. The company currently holds the distribution rights to the Star Trek television franchise, as well as all other series formerly owned by Desilu, Paramount Television and Viacom. They also handle TV broadcasting rights to the film libraries of Paramount Pictures and DreamWorks.

CBS Television Distribution was formed by CBS Corporation on 26 September 2006, the result of a merge of CBS' three television distribution arms, CBS Paramount Domestic Television, CBS Paramount International Television, and King World Productions.
