The Flag of California

California was a region located on the Pacific coast of the North American continent of Earth. This was a state in the United States of America. Starfleet Command, Starfleet Academy and other Starfleet buildings were located in northern California. This state was bordered by Oregon to the north, Nevada and Arizona to the east, and Mexico to the south. State's motto was, Eureka. The two-letter code for this state was CA. (Star Trek: The Motion Picture; TOS-R: "The Neutral Zone"; VOY: "Future's End"; ENT: "Storm Front", "Storm Front, Part II")

The California Clipper, a Boeing 314 long-range flying plane of the pre-World War II era, was named after this state. (ENT: "Broken Bow", set artwork)
