Camp Khitomer
Camp Khitomer was the site of the historic peace talks between the Federation and the Klingon Empire in 2293.
Located on the planet Khitomer, it was also the location where a conspiracy to sabotage the peace talks reached its climax, with the attempted assassination of the Federation president by forces who wished to ensure an ongoing conflict between the two powers. This plot was averted by the timely intervention of Captain James Kirk and his crew. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country)
It is not clear if Camp Khitomer belonged to the Klingon colony on Khitomer, which were raided and destroyed by Romulan forces in 2346. However, it was said in the film to be a neutral location to the two powers.
The Khitomer hall was represented by the Brandeis-Bardin Institute, located in southern California.
