Carinae Delta V was the fifth planet in the Carinae Delta system. This planet was visited by the ITA Elmira in 2370 before the ship proceeded to Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Whispers")
Carinae Delta V was never mentioned or shown, it was simply listed in an okudagram graphic of an arrival roster on a viewscreen.
