Carl Steven (7 November 197431 July 2011; age 36) was the actor who played 9-year-old Spock in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock in 1984. This was his first feature film appearance. Steven would again play the younger version of a Leonard Nimoy character in the 1991 made-for-television movie Never Forget, directed by Joseph Sargent.
