Carol Eisner (born 5 September 1955; age 68) worked as assistant to the producers on several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She was the secretary of producer and director David Livingston. In the "The Big Goodbye", she played as one of the background pedestrians on the streets of San Francisco. (Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 93)) Her son, Sam Klatman, was born in 1988 and appeared as the Borg infant in the second season episode "Q Who".

Eisner herself received credit as "Assistant to the Producers" in the first two episodes of the third season, "Evolution" and "The Ensigns of Command". She is known by her married name as Carol Eisner Klatman or Carol E. Klatman.
