Dr. Carter in 2268.
Dr. Carter (played by Ed McCready) was the chief medical officer aboard the USS Exeter, under the command of Captain Ronald Tracy. In 2268, Carter made the last log entry found prior to the death of the Exeter's crew following the their exposure to a bacteriological virus, native to Omega IV, that was brought aboard by the unimmunized landing party.
