Celestial Arts was a publisher specializing in popular psychology, self-help, poetry, and new age books that in 1977 published Leonard Nimoy's first autobiography I Am Not Spock.

In 1979, the company was puchased by Meredith Kurtz, wife of Star Wars producer Gary Kurtz. [1] In 1983, it was sold to Ten Speed Press which maintained the brand as a subsidiary. [2] Ten Speed Press was later acquired by Random House in 2009. [3]
