Memory Alpha

Centauri VII was the seventh planet in the Alpha Centauri planetary system. The system was located in the Alpha Quadrant.

Centauri VII was the homeworld of the artist Taranullus. Original prints of his creation lithographs were rare antique collectibles in 2269 when seen by Spock on Omega system planet Holberg 917G. The immortal Flint's collection included original works and acquisitions from his many lives; since it contained Taranullus's work, the prints were either Flint's own work or were acquired by him. (TOS: "Requiem for Methuselah"; Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, production art)

Background

Since there was no evidence Flint impersonated non-Humans, one can assume either Taranullus was not Flint, or Centauri VII had a Human settlement – perhaps the Alpha Centauri colony itself.

"The Explored Galaxy"

"The Explored Galaxy" was a map of charted space in the Alpha Quadrant. The Tholian Assembly and Romulus/Remus were identified in dialog as being located in this quadrant. (DS9: "The Search, Part I", "Call to Arms") This chart was also seen in several Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes set in the 24th century, from the year 2364 to 2370. These were: TNG: "Conspiracy", "The Measure Of A Man", "The Emissary", "The Mind's Eye", "The Game" and DS9: "In the Hands of the Prophets", "Cardassians".
