Esoqq, a male Chalnoth.
The Chalnoth were a warlike species native to the planet Chalna. The Chalnoth do not believe in government, and so their society exists in a state of total anarchy, where only the strong survive. (TNG: "Allegiance")
- The fact that the Federation had made contact with the Chalnoth and Esoqq's knowledge of Mizarians both seem to imply that the Chalnoth are a warp capable species.
