Five

Five (formerly Channel 5) was one of the UK broadcasters of Star Trek. The channel gained the rights to show Star Trek: Insurrection as part of a package deal with Paramount Pictures in 2002.

In 2005, Five announced that they would show reruns of Star Trek: Voyager, on the terrestrial channel, twice on Saturdays. This was later reduced to one episode per Saturday until the end of the first series in January 2006. In March 2006 five commenced showing the second series, twice every weekday. The series is no longer aired by the channel.

The channel aired How William Shatner Changed the World on Wednesday, 24 May 2006.
