Charles M. Graffeo (15 December 193930 August 2012; age 72) was the set decorator for Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

The first film Graffeo worked on as set decorator was 1979's California Dreaming, which starred Seymour Cassel and Dennis Christopher. Graffeo also appeared in the movie as a bartender.

Graffeo subsequently decorated the sets for Nice Dreams (1981, with cinematography by Charles Correll), Pandemonium (1982, featuring David L. Lander), and Cannonball Run II (1984, co-written and directed by Hal Needham and featuring Ricardo Montalban). He was also set decorator on St. Elmo's Fire (1985).

For television, Graffeo worked on such movies as With This Ring (1978, featuring Mary Crosby, Jon Lormer and John Wheeler), Alcatraz: The Whole Shocking Story (1980, featuring Ronny Cox, Louis Giambalvo, Ed Lauter, and Richard Lynch), Missing Pieces (1983, featuring Leslie Ackerman, Kurtwood Smith, and Kenneth Tigar and cinematography by Charles Correll), and Balloon Farm (1993, featuring Ken Jenkins, Neal McDonough, and Richard Riehle). His work can also be seen in If Tomorrow Comes (1986, starring Barry Jenner and Richard Kiley) such television shows as MacGyver, Matlock, and Diagnosis: Murder.

More recently, Graffeo was the set decorator on 10 Things I Hate About You (1999, executive produced by Jeffrey Chernov and featuring Gabrielle Union. The following year, he worked on the dramatic film A Time for Dancing, starring Anton Yelchin.
