Charlie Reynolds was a Starfleet captain in command of the USS Centaur in the late 24th century.

In 2374, he inadvertantly pursued a Jem'Hadar attack ship that was actually being commanded by friend Benjamin Sisko, who said Charlie wasn't one to give up. Several ships actually commanded by the Jem'Hadar eventually chased the Centaur back to Federation space. Captain Sisko noted that in combat Reynolds tends to "swing for the fences." (DS9: "A Time to Stand")

Captain Reynolds later took part in part Operation Return. (DS9: "Sacrifice of Angels")
