Chicken paprikash
Chicken paprikash was a dish from Earth's Hungary region. (in hungarian language: csirkepaprikás)
The dish was a favorite of Benjamin Sisko, whose son Jake could never pronounce it right. After successfully concluding diplomatic negotiations with the Peljenites, Sisko fixed the dish for himself and his son. (DS9: "Family Business")
- Jake's incorrect pronunciation of the name and Sisko's correction were not in the script, which may indicate it was an inside joke during rehearsal.
