Chief cosmetics officer was an unofficial Starfleet title invented by Neelix.

In 2375, Neelix referred to himself as the chief cosmetics officer, offering to help Seven of Nine create convincing fake third degree plasma burns on her person to fool a sentient warhead. (VOY: "Warhead")
