Doctor Christopher was a Human scientist, a subspace theoretician. He was married to the Vulcan scientist Dr. T'Pan.

Christopher and T'Pan were present for the test of Dr. Reyga's metaphasic shielding aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2369, despite being doubtful of the technology's success. It did indeed work, although the first test was sabotaged and Dr. Reyga was murdered soon after. Christopher was suspected as the saboteur of the flight and murderer of Reyga.
