Coltar IV was the inhabited fourth planet of the Coltar system. Prior to stardate 41697, a farming colony had been established on the planet. In 2364, this planet, along with the freighter USS Lalo, were the first to report that they had experienced the Manheim Effect. (TNG: "We'll Always Have Paris")
