Connie Faddis (born 8 July 1943; age 80) is a Star Trek fanzine author, illustrator and fan costumer, who wrote the short story "Marginal Existence" for the 1978 anthology, The New Voyages 2. She was responsible for providing covers and other artwork for numerous Star Trek and other fanzines in the 1970s and 1980s.

In 1988, she won the Surak Award.
