Ensign Cook was an operations division officer serving aboard the starship Enterprise in 2152.

Cook was ordered by Trip Tucker to round up two other engineers down to engineering to assist with getting the warp engines online, after Enterprise had been invaded by "wisps". Upon his arrival, he worked on calibrating the dilithium matrix. (ENT: "The Crossing")
