Cosimo was the Italian owner of a coffee shop in San Francisco that Harry Kim frequented before his assignment to Voyager.

In an alternate timeline, an alien assumed his identity when Kim's shuttlecraft intersected one of his species' timestreams and he traveled back to a time that he would have known if he hadn't joined Voyager's crew. Cosimo existed in a space time fold and was sent to help Kim find his way back to his original universe. Cosimo told him where to find the timestream that could take him back to Voyager. (VOY: "Non Sequitur")

Cosimo was played by Louis Giambalvo.
