Coutu
Coutu was a Parada. In the 2370s he was a member of the Parada rebellion, opposed to their government. During preparations for peace talks, Coutu discovered that the Paradan Government was trying to sabotage the talks. They had kidnapped O'Brien and replaced him with a replica whose mission was to kill the rebel leaders at the peace talks. Coutu alerted star fleet and helped foil the plot. (DS9: "Whispers")
