Coutu

Coutu was a Parada. In the 2370s he was a member of the Parada rebellion, opposed to their government.

During preparations for peace talks, Coutu discovered that the Paradan government was trying to sabotage the talks. He learned they had kidnapped Miles O'Brien and replaced him with a replicant whose mission was to kill the rebel leaders at the peace talks. Coutu alerted Starfleet and helped foil the plot. (DS9: "Whispers")
