Creole food is a type of cuisine originating on Earth in the state of Louisiana, specifically New Orleans. Creole food is known for being spicy. (DS9: "The Abandoned") Among the spices used in Creole food is cayenne. (DS9: "Accession")
Joseph Sisko, owner and operator of Sisko's Creole Kitchen, featured many Creole dishes.
