Cuzar was the Regent of the Evora, a species which became a Federation protectorate in 2375.
She attended a reception aboard the USS Enterprise-E that year in honor of the event. Among the festivities, she was scheduled to have a ceremonial dance with Captain Picard. (Star Trek: Insurrection)
