Cyanoacrylate was a radioactive material of the 24th century and a source of eichner radiation. Federation starships rarely carry this material.
When a sample of plasma plague, influenced by eichner radiation, started growing on the USS Enterprise-D, this material was suggested and then dismissed as a source. (TNG: "The Child")
Cyanoacrylate is a chemical term used to describe several types of fast-bonding adhesives, notably the stuff called "Krazy Glue." The use of this term here is scientifically inappropriate, but was apparently intended as a gag. (Star Trek Encyclopedia)
