Cyanoacrylate is a radioactive material of the 24th century and a source of eichner radiation. Federation starships rarely carried this material.

When a sample of plasma plague, influenced by eichner radiation, started growing on the USS Enterprise-D in 2365, this material was suggested and then dismissed as a source. (TNG: "The Child")

According to the script for "The Child", the name of this material was pronounced "Si-a-no-AK-re-lates." [1]
In reality, cyanoacrylate is a chemical term used to describe several types of fast-bonding adhesives, notably the stuff called "Krazy Glue." The use of this term here is scientifically inappropriate, but was apparently intended as a gag. (Star Trek Encyclopedia)
